David has been in the Online SME space for the last 5 years starting, running and exiting various online marketing agencies around the world. He is also the founder of givey.co.uk the Mobile application to allow donors to give to charities via their iPhone. He has lectured at universities in London and Cape Town on issues of Trust, Brand and Leverage. He gets a kick out of finding young entrepreneurs and giving them the leg up they need to turn their idea into a reality. He specialises in User Experience and Relationships.

Matt begun learning graphic design in 2004, and has worked since to develop his knowledge of web design. Whilst being primarily the designer of the team, he also functions as a front end developer for mobile and full screen websites.

Simon kicked off his career as a web developer and quickly mastered the art of front-end and server-side scripting. With the inclusion of his work on the Givey project he now operates as an efficient iPhone developer and mobile website creator.

David is an experienced Finance Director who has worked in many different business environments in both in the UK and overseas. He has assisted in the set up and running of a number of Companies and Charities where he has acted as Chairman, Trustee & Director. He enjoys applying his experience in assisting young entrepreneurs in both the commercial and charity fields. He is the ex FD and Co-owner of Broadplace Advertising Ltd.

Jason is one of the younger members of the Cubate team, but commands respect. What he lacks in experience he more than makes up for with enthusiasm, artistic flair, and strong leadership qualities. He joined the Cubate team in October 2010 and has since excelled in the design aspects of Cubate's work. He is also keen to develop his Account Management role which utilises his natural ability to communicate so that he can both get from and deliver the best for our clients.
